One of my favourite pics! It's sometimes really hard to catch the atmosphere of being in the apartments in Argentiere, at the head of the Chamonix valley. This photo, however, shows the proximity of the mountains to the apartments. Look carefully, and you can also see the Pierre a Ric, the ski run down to Argentiere from Lognan, on the Grand Montets ski area.
